Dean Lee is a London-based choreographer and creative with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment and arts industry. Renowned for his innovative vision and precision, his work spans film, television, theatre, music, live tours, and fashion.

A graduate of the prestigious Urdang Academy on a full scholarship, Dean’s career began when he was selected to perform with the Bolshoi Ballet in their London residency of La Bayadère. From there, he quickly became a sought-after creative, collaborating with some of the world’s biggest artists, television shows, and fashion houses.

His impressive roster of artists includes Janet Jackson, Kylie Minogue, Chaka Khan, The Jacksons, The Pussycat Dolls, Shania Twain, Little Mix, Leona Lewis, Eve, Beth Ditto, Mette, The Gossip, Sister Sledge and Take That.

Dean’s choreography has featured across major TV productions including The X Factor (UK & USA), Strictly Come Dancing, The Royal Variety Show, The Masked Singer and ITV’s Starstruck. He has also recently completed filming for the second series of Dance Life (due for release in early 2026), joining the show as a new mentor while sharing his own story.

In fashion, Dean has collaborated with world-renowned luxury houses including Dolce & Gabbana, Versace (alongside Donatella Versace), Jean Paul Gaultier, and Philip Treacy, bringing performance, movement and narrative to high-end runway shows and campaigns.
 
A major highlight of Dean’s live touring career has been his ongoing creative partnership with Janet Jackson. He joined her first Las Vegas residency, Metamorphosis (2019), and has continued working closely with the global icon across major performances including the Kentucky Derby, Cincinnati Music Festival, and ESSENCE Festival. In 2023, he choreographed her critically acclaimed Together Again North American Tour, returning again in 2024. He is also a key creative force behind her current 2024/25 Las Vegas residency, which includes a specially created on-stage role performed alongside Miss Jackson.
